Roadmap

The first 90 days

What gets built in the first 90 days. Four stages. Each one ends with something you can use in the next.

  1. Chapter 1 Weeks 1-2

    Define your offer

Name the buyer, the promise, the proof, and why they should reply.

    What we work on

Your market, ideal customer, offer, proof and the messages that make a prospect care.

    What you leave with

An offer you can test, a brief you can hand to someone else, and the first run built around it.

  2. Chapter 2 Weeks 2-4

    Get clients

Build the list, launch the outreach and learn from real replies.

    What we work on

Targeting, enrichment, cold email, warm calling, follow-up and booking.

    What you leave with

A live pipeline, booked conversations, and proof of what your market wants.

  3. Chapter 3 Weeks 4-7

    Show the models your standard

Give them examples you would send, examples you would kill, and the points where they need to ask.

    What we work on

Your examples, review rules, rejected work, approved work, and the feedback each run should keep.

    What you leave with

A working library of examples and review rules the next run can use.

  4. Chapter 4 Weeks 7-12

    Make the good process runnable

Write down the steps, handoffs, and review points so someone else can run the work without guessing.

    What we work on

Your best process, including who does what, what gets checked, and where the work goes next.

    What you leave with

A pipeline a teammate can run, extend, and hand back without losing the important calls.

Already have a team? Every hire skips the learning curve. They get your taste on day one and are useful in week one.
