If you have five bots, you are the person who remembers which one does research, which one writes, and which one has the campaign context.
That routing is the work you were trying to hand off.
Talk to one bot. Let that bot hand the work to owners.
That bot is the only one you open. It decides who owns the request, sends it there, and comes back with one status list. In the full write-up this bot is called the First Mate.
A second bot owns GTM. It holds the segments, the offer, the live campaigns, and the pipeline. You ask it what to focus on today. If the answer names your campaigns, your tests, and your pipeline, it is working.
Give it one campaign brief. Name the segment, the contact count, and three angles, and set Friday as the review. It runs the chain and shows the counts. You see one deliverable.
When a campaign comes back at a 1% reply rate, put three bots in one chat. One bot argues the offer is weak. One bot checks whether the list can buy. One bot checks whether the mail is even reaching the inbox. The GTM bot comes back with one decision: the likely cause, the next test, and who runs it.
Routines are the jobs that run when you do not ask. A morning check that only speaks up when a reply rate or bounce rate moves. A reply sort that drafts, and does not send.
The approval line is simple. It can read, research, and draft. It asks you before it sends, spends, launches, or deletes.
The templates, the consultant bench, and the setup steps are in the full piece.

Create one bot and make it the only one you talk to. Paste the job, then hand it one messy request that crosses three owners.

P.S. Something I've been thinking about: the morning check should stay quiet when nothing moved. That one line is the whole point of giving a bot a job.
